1. Why should I join the eHomes Realty Network?
It's really quite simple. Over the past 6 years we have spent close to $500,000 figuring out what is the best and most successful means of working with buyers. We are not a tech company who sells products. Our test office, Tropical Realty in Melbourne Florida is a live working real estate office that has proven our systems over and over again. In 2007, after just it's second full year in business, was the Number 1 Real Estate office in Brevard County Florida in buyer transactions. The numbers speak for themselves. All 193 transactions from their 14 Agents was based on Internet lead cpature and conversion. So if you want to spend thousands of dollars figuring out how to be the best you can be on the Internet, don't join the Network. However, if you want to supercharge your sales, then come on in and start learning!
2. How much does a membership to The eHomes Realty Network cost?
The eHomes Realty Network charges a $49.95 Initiation fee and then $39.95 per month. There are no contracts. You can cancel at any time with a 30 day notice.
3. Are there other costs involved besides my monthly fee?
There are no other membership costs once you join eHomes Realty Network. However, there are costs for 3rd party products that eHomes Realty Network resells through its site. The only additional cost from eHomes Realty Network would be if you chose to have one of our Trainers come to your office and train your staff. We do offer a 25% discount to our members off the cost of on-site training.
4. Does the number of Agents I have affect the cost of our membership?
No. The purpose of the eHomes Realty Network programs is to help you grow your company. Unlike a Franchise where you pay more for being successful. Our membership fee always stays the same!
5. How much experience does eHomes Realty have in running Real Estate Companies?
The Founder of eHomes Realty Network, Mitch Ribak, has owned Tropical Realty of Suntree for 3 years and has been in Real Estate since 2001. This is his 14th company. His expertise is in Advertising and Marketing, specializing in Internet Marketing, Lead Capture and Lead Conversion. He currently also owns the 100MPH Marketing Software System. He has always been an innovator, starting one of the first and largest paintball businesses in New England, as well as being one of the first to utilize database integration over the Internet. He is one of only a handful of Brokers in the country who runs his entire marketing plan online, and closes over 95% of his transactions from online leads. 6. What can I expect to learn by joining The eHomes Realty Network?
The list is endless. As more and more members join, we will all be sharing our expertise to mutually benefit one another. Every member will have access to our audio training, product reviews, business forums, marketing forums, Internet Consulting, Business Consulting, Product Testing Ground, twice monthly webinars and more, all included in the price of membership.
7. Will eHomes Realty test a product that I would like to try at my Brokerage?
There is a good chance that eHomes Realty partner Real Estate Company, Tropical Realty, has already tried many of the products you would like to try. However, eHomes Realty will research the company and program you are interested in testing, and depending on the product, will test it with the excellent Realtors at Tropical Realty. eHomes Realty does have the right to decide which products it tests or doesn't test. Our goal is to be able to give our stamp of approval or denial of every Real Estate program on the market.
8. Am I going to be able to consult directly with Mitch Ribak or will it be one of his staff members?
Mitch will be available to help all our members by email. Depending upon demand, Mitch will also be available by telephone. In most cases he will be involved with all your business and Internet questions, as he is the expert! He is also available to come to your office and evaluate, help you change, and train you and your staff on sales, Internet Lead Capture and Conversion and other marketing programs such as floor calls, FSBO's, referral marketing and more.
9. Does the 100MPH Marketing Software come with my membership?
No. The 100MPH Marketing Software is an additional monthly cost at $200 per month base fee plus $50 per month per Agent. The 100MPH Marketing System (no software included) is part of your membership. Just follow this system to capture Internet leads and learn how to turn those leads into life long customers!
10. Does eHomes Realty charge for referrals between brokers?
No. One of the benefits of being a member of eHomes Realty is having access to other Brokers all around the country to use for referrals. eHomes Realty Network does not get involved with member-to-member referrals.
11. Can I have an exclusive territory so no other Agent or Company and use these tools?
Possibly. Like a franchise, we do have a program that will give you exclusive rights to an area. Currently the price is a $695 Initiation Fee and a $495 monthly fee. By purchasing this territory you are guaranteed that no other Agents or Brokers will be allowed into the membership. Territories will be mutually decided with the potential member.
12. Will a lot of Agents in my area also have access?
No, we are going to limit the amount of Individual Agents that can join from one area. Our goal is to build a Network that will give a limited amount of Brokers and Agents our tools and teachings. This is an exclusive membership!
13. Will you come to our office and train our staff?
Yes, I really enjoy coming to my members offices and teaching their teams how to succeed using our 100MPH Marketing system. Our members receive a 25% discount off my normal consulting fees.
