Drip Email Campaigns

Below are different drip campaigns for our different groups of leads. Each lead we receive, we decide which group/category would be the best fit for that lead. Each group, contains a different set of drips based on the needs of that lead group. Each group will be headed by the group name.



Active Leads and our default category, Search MLS


Search MLS (our default group)


This is our default group that each lead captured is assigned. From here, our Agents will either leave it in this group, or reassign it to a new group and therefore drip campaign. This group contains all of our pertinent drips in case a Realtor does not reassign the lead. It is also the base drip campaign that "fills out" our category drips.

Active Leads

These leads are leads that we have had contact with either through email or by phone. They receive the same drip campaign as the Search MLS group.


1. Our Initial Thank You Letter from the Agent - This is sent 30 minutes after registration.

6. Just Checking In Letter - This is sent out every 6 weeks and is our most successful email.

Thank You Letter – Immediately upon forwarding the lead to the Agent

These leads have a good email address but they either had no phone number or a bad phone number. This campaign is geared toward having the customer send us their phone number.

Sold Leads

This category contains our customers that have bought a home from us. It is a three year schedule to keep in touch.


1. Three days after closing – Congratulations! Thanks for all your cooperation and patience throughout the entire transaction! Let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

2. Two Weeks after closing – I just wanted to check in and make sure you're settling in okay and whether you need any help in any way. If I can help please let me know.

3. Thirty Days after closing – How is everything going? Here is the Brevard County Tax Appraiser's office site should you need information to file your homestead exemption.

4. Monthly newsletter - Monthly

5. 90 days – I just wanted to check in with you and see how you are doing?

6. 6 months – I just wanted you to know I'd been thinking about you and hope everything is going well. If there is anything I can do for you in the future let me know. If you have any friends, family or neighbors who need the help of a realtor, please keep me in mind.

7. 1 Year – I know sometimes you need work done at your house on things like the AC, Roof, Electrical and more. If you need any help finding good people to do this, please let me know and I will gladly send them your way!

8. 2.5 Years – I just wanted to check in and say hi and see how things are going.

9. 3 years – Where does the time go? It’s been three years and you are still in the same house! Actually it’s now a home after all this time.

These are our main drips we currently use. We are in the process of writing other drips for other categories. These are the most common categories in our system. All categories that are not receiving customer drips, receive our Active/SearchMLS drips.
